When you submit a service, program, partnership or sponsorship request, Philly Be Safe may collect your name, organization, role, email address, phone number, location, requested service, timing, referral source and details you choose to provide about your request.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, contact you, prepare next steps, understand service demand and maintain an internal record of inquiries.
Data storage
The website request system is designed to store submitted requests in a private Cloudflare D1 database connected to the Philly Be Safe website. Authorized notification emails may also be sent to designated Philly Be Safe staff.
